Education + Background
A natural student of life, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism and Sociology from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, MO. I then earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.
I also earned my Coaching Certification from an institution accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I continue my professional education through a plethora of memberships with prestigious Human Resources, Professional Coaching, and leadership organizations.
